With this multifunctional zester from Bar Professional, you can create a neat strip of lemon or lime zest for your cocktail in a single motion. The stainless-steel blade has sharp, precision-cut holes that remove only the aromatic outer layer while leaving the bitter white pith behind — exactly what makes the difference between a refreshing gin and tonic and a garnish that overpowers your drink.
