At 100 cl, this milk pitcher is the largest size in Bar Professional’s thick-walled stainless steel range and is made for baristas who need to keep working continuously. The extra-heavy stainless steel gives the pitcher weight in your hand, allowing you to tilt it steadily and with control while pouring. That same thick wall keeps your milk at temperature for longer, so your microfoam does not break down while you work on your second or third cup. The Italian design was developed together with the Italian barista association: the spout is sharp enough for fine latte art lines, yet wide enough to quickly finish a large cappuccino or latte macchiato. With a one-litre capacity, you can steam enough milk for several cups at once—ideal during a busy morning service.
Built for latte art
The ratio between the base and spout creates a predictable flow, which makes the difference between a vague spot and a clean heart or rosette. Fill the pitcher to just below the spout for the best control. After use, simply put it in the dishwasher: the steel is dishwasher-safe and does not discolour.
