With the copper Sommelier corkscrew, you can open every bottle with the calm of someone who has done it a thousand times. This Bar Professional waiter’s knife is made of stainless steel with a warm copper finish, and its slim, slightly curved shape fits perfectly in your hand. It features a sharp foil cutter, a polished spiral and a two-point lever. Thanks to the two-step lever, you can lift the cork smoothly from the neck in two effortless movements, without breaking or crumbling it. There is a crown cap opener on the back, so you do not need to reach for anything extra when opening a beer.
