The waiter’s corkscrew, or sommelier corkscrew, is the tool every host keeps close at hand. This model, made of black-finished stainless steel, folds down to a compact size that fits effortlessly in your apron or trouser pocket, then opens in one movement when you need to open a bottle. The handle sits flat and broad in your hand, giving you enough grip to pull even a stubborn cork from the neck without exertion. The design is deliberately understated: no unnecessary parts that could break or rattle in your pocket.
Three functions in one
It features a small knife for neatly cutting the capsule around the neck, a spiral to twist into the cork, and a two-stage lever. This two-stage lever is the key detail: you lift the cork in two steps instead of pulling it out in one go, keeping long corks intact and reducing strain on your wrist. The lever also includes a crown-cap opener, handy for beer and soft drinks. The model is part of Bar Professional’s corkscrews.

If the glasses nevertheless arrive damaged, please let us know. Our team will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the broken glass.
