This Moscow Mule glass from Bar Professional’s Speakeasy line holds 45 cl and has a straight wall. A sleek highball design for mules, highballs, and gin and tonic with plenty of ice.
Serving in this glass
The straight wall keeps a layered drink neatly on display and lets you fill it to the top with cubes without leaving any space. For a mule, fill the glass three-quarters full with ice, add the vodka and lime juice directly to the glass, and top up with ginger beer. One brief stir with a bar spoon is enough; stirring any more will cost you carbonation. The same order works for a highball with whisky and soda.
Choosing and maintaining
Choose the straight model if you want to keep the bar looking sleek or if you also use the glasses for other highballs; if you want more room for garnish, the curved version is more practical. Wash on a standard cycle and rinse with soft water afterward to prevent limescale spots. Store the glasses upright. You can find similar sizes among the highball glasses, and make the ice with molds from the ice cube molds.
