The three wine glass sizes differ only in capacity, not in shape. You fill the 20 cl glass one-third full, which keeps white wine chilled simply because you pour more often. Gilde is machine-blown soda-lime glass: thicker and heavier than crystal glass, and therefore more forgiving at the rim. All glasses are dishwasher-safe. Place them bowl-side up and make sure the stems do not touch each other, as that is where almost all breakage begins. Wipe away limescale with a lint-free cloth while the glass is still lukewarm. If you have only half-finished a bottle, wine stoppers will keep it fresh for several more days.
