Zubrowka Rosé
Bison grass with forest berries, rosehip, and a hint of juniper. Fresh, light, and at 32%, the lightest in the family. Not for drinking neat, but perfect with tonic, plenty of ice, and fresh berries.

A pink long drink with bison grass
Zubrowka Rosé takes the bison grass from Bison Grass as its starting point, pairing it with forest berries, rosehip, and a hint of juniper. The juniper gives it a light, spicy freshness you’d expect more from a gin, while the berries and rosehip add color and fruit.
At 32% alcohol, this is the lightest Zubrowka, and it’s made for mixing. The maker doesn’t recommend drinking it neat, but with tonic, plenty of ice, and fresh berries. Think of it as a pink version of a gin and tonic: a large balloon glass, lots of ice, and a handful of raspberries or blackberries.
In brief
Fresh fruit with a spicy edge
Berries and rosehip
Red and blue forest berries with the slightly tart, floral note of rosehip. The bison grass is subtle underneath.
Light and fresh
Fruity but not heavy or syrupy. At 32%, it’s light, and tonic brings out the freshness even more.
A hint of juniper
Juniper comes through in the finish: spicy and slightly resinous, leaving it dry rather than sweet.
The flavor profile of Zubrowka Rosé with tonic and ice, just as it’s meant to be. It’s less balanced neat.
Rosé is best enjoyed long, cold, and with berries
Not a shot and not a little sip neat: Rosé comes to life with bubbles, ice, and fresh fruit.
Rosé & tonic
50 ml Zubrowka Rosé and 150 ml tonic in a balloon glass filled to the brim with ice. Finish with a handful of fresh raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries. This is the serve recommended by the maker.
