The vanilla vodka behind the Pornstar Martini
Zubrowka Vanilla combines intense Madagascar vanilla with the smoothness of pure Zubrowka. While Bison Grass is all about grass and herbs, this is a warm, rounded vodka with vanilla clearly taking center stage. At 35% alcohol, it sits between Bison Grass and Rosé.
The maker suggests two ways to drink it: neat or in cocktails, especially a Pornstar Martini. That recipe calls for vanilla vodka, and with Vanilla, there’s no need to reach for separate vanilla syrup or figure out the measurements. It also works well with coffee: in an Espresso Martini or White Russian, the vanilla makes everything rounder.

50 ml Zubrowka Vanilla, 30 ml passion fruit purée, 15 ml lime juice and 10 ml sugar syrup, shaken hard with ice and strained into a chilled coupe. Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
