We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Zwiesel Glas
In Zwiesel, een dorp in het Beierse Woud in Duitsland, staat sinds 1872 een glasfabriek. Zwiesel Glas is daar de tak voor de tafel, met dunnere wanden en fijnere randen dan de horecalijn uit hetzelfde huis. Het glas is Tritan kristalglas, waarin titanium en zirkonium het loodoxide vervangen, en dat maakt het helder en tegelijk goed bestand tegen de vaatwasser.
Dat maakt het glaswerk geschikt voor wie thuis of in een restaurant een serieus wijnglas wil dat toch elke dag mee kan. Series als Vervino en Enoteca zijn op wijn gebouwd, Destille en Bar Premium op gedistilleerd en cocktails, en Together is voor de gewone tafel.
