Refund to your account
If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Schott Zwiesel
Schott Zwiesel komt uit Zwiesel, een stadje in het Beierse Woud in Duitsland waar al sinds de negentiende eeuw glas wordt geblazen. Het merk is bekend van Tritan, kristalglas waarin de gebruikelijke zachtmakers zijn vervangen door titanium en zirkonium. Daardoor kunnen de rand en de steel merkbaar beter tegen dagelijks gebruik, en blijft het glas langer helder in de vaatwasser.
Dat maakt het in de kern een horecamerk. Series als Banquet, Ivento en Classico staan in restaurants waar glazen elke dag door de machine gaan, en thuis werkt hetzelfde glas net zo goed. De collectie reikt verder dan wijn alleen, met bierglazen, champagneglazen, whiskyglazen, borrelglazen en karaffen uit dezelfde ontwerptaal.
